Poor customer service
I ordered a set of Lenovo Bone conduction headphones,first problem was they were telling me they were delivered and signed for 1 week before I actually recieved them....basically called a liar....then when I recieved them the headphones language was in Chinese which was not on order description, I contacted help desk 4 times and got no help whatsoever only same automatic reply....send a photo,video of problem...how can I possible do this....appaling customer service and an item which is of no use to me.
