Perfection!
The customer service has been fantastic. Their follow up was fast. I was returning a pillow that wasn't hard enough. The return was delayed due to a car accident. I let them know of the delay and with each follow up email, they first asked how I was doing. It made me feel like a family run business where they actually care about their customers. I have since ordered an amazing blanket we are thrilled with.
