The packaging and item description on…
The packaging and item description on this item were very deceptive. I ordered what I thought was the correct ribbon for my brand new ID badge printer. When I installed it, a message said it was not a compatible ribbon. Even the sticker on the back of the ribbon said it was compatible. I love the printer because it totally meets our needs, but the customer service from IDWholesaler has not been good. I now have a $100 ribbon that I can't use in my new printer and, because I have opened it, can't return it.
