I bought a toy from them
I bought a toy from them. They had it placed in a locker, even though I did not ask for it to be placed in a locker. Now I cannot get the item and they will not refund my money, even though tracking shows it is stuck in a locker. They said that they would contact shipping and get me a code so i could get it out of the locker, but they never did. I believe that they had it placed in a locker so that they would eventually be sent the product in return mail and then claim they never received it. That way, they get the product and my money. I would never trust this company again. I should have looked at reviews prior to buying anything from them.
