I ordered a Foco product through…
I ordered a Foco product through Sanrio.com with a pre-order date to ship before July 15th. It is now August 4th. I reached out to Sanrio.com since July 21st who claim that foco has not gotten back to them with an update. Ridiculous that they don’t honor their pre-order dates and by the time you get their item, the season is over.
