What made my experience great was Emma! Her professionalism and knowledge and explanation of the process made me feel confident that the data would be recoverable. And if it wasn’t, she assured me there would be no additional charges. Email updates and a phone conversation kept me informed up to the minute. The biggest asset was all correspondence being with the same representative throughout the entire process. And additionally helping me through the online process on the phone while I completed the initial application was tremendous. That to me was a huge plus. Kudos to PDR to be able to allow that to happen. I would recommend PDR to anyone who needs data recovery, and hopefully they get Emma as their agent! Respectfully, Jim McCullough
