I have a positive view of Zoe, though there is room for improvement, and in order to keep the usefulness growing there need to be developments, such as when the scanning for harmful additives from bar codes came in. To be more specific, The AI that looks at a meal photo makes glaring errors, resulting in lots of editing by hand, especially for someone who grows and gathers food, and cooks from first principles. Furthermore estimating quantities is hit and miss. Thirdly, there is no option to recognise homemade bread for example, even a probable possibility of flagging in starch resistance by freezing etc. Strengths include, scanning stuff in dhops by bar code, though I found this very patchy while on holiday in Spain. I maintain the 5 stars though, as the whole experience of using the updated Zoe App, has been very informative, despite some limitations.
