★☆☆☆☆ Faulty trainers and poor after-sales service I bought a pair of trainers from Adidas which turned out to be faulty, so I returned them. I then heard absolutely nothing for two weeks and had to contact Adidas myself to find out what was happening. They eventually apologised and offered either a refund or replacement, along with a £4 goodwill gesture. After being sent a faulty product, returning it and then receiving no update for two weeks, £4 felt insulting rather than meaningful. I expected much better communication and customer service from a company as large as Adidas. Very disappointing experience.
