Absolute Scammers
I purchased a piece of sheet music a week ago for a couple of pounds. Then, lo and behold, today $69.99 has disappeared out of my account. I did NOT sign up for a subscription and I do not want one. I have tried all the following measures to resolve the issue without success:- 1. I tried filling out the online form to request a refund, but every time I clicked ‘submit’, it said there had been an error and the form failed to send. 2. I tried to find the chatbot which Musescore claims can resolve my issue, but in spite of saying it was lower down on the page, it simply doesn’t exist. 3. I tried going to my account settings but I had to fill out a lengthy form with loads of my personal information (to look at my own account!?),so I abandoned it. I am certainly not giving these scammers any more of my personal info. 4. I used the email link to request a refund, but I got an automated response telling me to complete the online form, which I’d already tried multiple times without success because all I kept getting was an error message. 5. I clicked the ‘help’ link on the website which took me to a page which does not exist. I simply got a URL error page. 6. I emailed them again to request a refund but they haven’t responded and I have very little hope that they will. I can only advise that you avoid this scam outfit at all costs as you will be ripped off by shady practices, obfuscation and borderline fraud.
