Use this company with caution - quality is not great
BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH CAUTION . Bought an item- not happy with quality of the fabric so now want to return it but no response from return ticket process- seems like customer service does not exist. Updated - Ouku did eventually respond to my request and offered a credit note and I could keep the item- which was fair but to simply get a refund was made a difficult option with postage return to China etc. so I went for the credit note- I used this to by some shoes for gardening- the shoes arrived, were again ok but although I ordered a size 43 they are just a bit too small in length so not using them. I would change my 1 star DO NOT USE to a 2 star - USE WITH CAUTION and know to expect products to be of a lower standard than you would normally expect in the UK.
