Returns are too expensive and not convenient.
Sizing was way off, but I can't return this ridiculously expensive sweater because the return shipping fee is even more expensive than the sweater. This is the 3rd time I've bought from Fashion Chingu and was happy until now. But I won't be buying from them again because it's not worth it. Update: Fashion Chingu contacted me and offered a full refund on the sweater without having to return it as a one time courtesy. Their customer service, honestly, was excellent and I am satisfied with the help I received.
