Delivery information details needed
Sales was very helpful… however, delivery lacked important information. We were needing the delivery ASAP and it was delayed because we were told we needed a forklift to take it off of the truck. The truck would not go back to where we lived to deliver it and then I asked myself why did we pay so much in shipping if it wasn’t delivered to where we asked it to be delivered to. So not only was the shipment delayed and had to come back for us days later we had to prepare to take it off of the truck ourselves, we had to find someone to be able to do that at the time of delivery since my husband works during the day. CRAZY! Might I suggest that IMPORTANT Information like this be relayed at the time of purchase so that we can prepare and not have a delayed shipment and scrambled find someone that’s off of work to be able to help.
