The service from the sales team was great, However I found that shipping packaging was very poor, these are heavy pieces they should be secured better inside the box, a little bit of paper in the bottom of box is inadequate, as a result the box was torn open and the nozzles were quite badly marked, almost to the point of return. Had to special order for our particular application, wasn't exact but we made it work. Ordering did take extra step to talk to a salesman but it was because of shipping costs. Their estimated fabrication and shipping time was spot on.

What made this transaction stand out is that we had an issue and we had that issue resolved in a week and everything was taken care of. Everyone was really helpful and was quick to get me taken care of. It shows that customer service is their number one priority. Not to mention when we order something, even if it is 4 or 5 at night it is one of the first things that show up in the morning.

Both the Sales team and Customer Service were very accommodating helping to get the correct part for a pump repair. The sales team tracked down the part and were very responsive to questions that were raised. Very hard to find a company where your speaking to a person in minutes and not waiting days for a response. Will do as much business as I can with Dultmeier Sales.
