Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I paid extra delivery fee for DHL to get it faster. On the website they say it will only take 1-4 days, however it’s been 4 days and still didn’t send me a tracking number. I tried to email them but got no reply. My order number is 19122809511991. Need some help. Thank you. Dave Update They replied me this afternoon, but only ask me to wait for the tracking number. And I explained I'm moving my place so I cannot wait, got no reply again. Getting angry, thinking to report them. Dave
