What makes them a great company is the quality bikes they sell and the customer service. Also anytime I need an accessory or addition that I want to add to my bike their quick to ship. Our family owns three Lectric e-bikes. My wife owns the Xp trike version in the gray/silver, and I own a Xp lite in blue and a Xp 3.0 in the white. All three with baskets on the back. I really enjoy that they fold in half so I can put them in the back of my truck whenever we go out camping or we go up north. When it comes time to upgrade, they will be top of my list.
