Good experience
Ordering, shipping, delivery were all good. I was surprised to see the solder type material on defects. Perhaps that is normal? It was "good enough" so I didn't fuss about it. I did send an email to steelsupplyinc at their sales email address at 8:42pm on April 4th about finishing on the product. They responded promptly but it went to spam so look out for that.
