Extremely Dishonest and Unprofessional Company! They advertise the 20 % Discount on the products they sell to customers but than state that it’s only for very few select “ VIP” Customers???? They also don’t state the Warranty on their website! Dealing with Customers in Bad Faith !
The Worst Customer Service in the Flashlight Industry! Incompetent and Unprofessional Staff! I asked them as to why their What’s App Number listed on AceBeam.com website is incorrect! No answer! I asked them about the promised discounts on the website, no answer! Stay away from this terrible company!! P.s. The reply to my review just came! Not bad! It only took AceBeam 13 months to reply ! Keep it up !
