Excellent flashlights and outstanding customer service
I own the Acebeam E75 and X30. Both have excellent build quality and technical performance. They meet their specifications, and I use them regularly outdoors.
Acebeam's customer service is just as impressive. The team responds quickly, accurately, and in a genuinely friendly way. They offer excellent technical knowledge and personal, thoughtful help.
Even my three-year-old son loves our flashlight adventures! Thanks to the X30's wide beam, he is no longer afraid of the dark.

ACEBEAM – Unmatched Performance, Quality and Reliability!
I am a flashlight enthusiast and have owned all kinds of flashlights from different manufacturers. However, ACEBEAM is the only flashlight brand I have at home today. I own many ACEBEAM flashlights, including the H30, L16 2.0, L35 2.0, L19, X75, E75, E70 and many more.
In my opinion, ACEBEAM makes the best flashlights. The quality and performance, especially the high sustained output, are incomparable to other brands.
I have never had a single failure with any of my ACEBEAM flashlights. Whether I am walking through the woods at night, fishing, hunting or using them at work, I can always rely on my lights. Even when a flashlight falls and hits the ground hard, it does not even turn off. They simply do their job perfectly.
For me, ACEBEAM is number one when it comes to performance, quality, reliability and everything else that matters in a flashlight. I am so convinced by the brand that I recommend ACEBEAM to all my friends and family.
There are only two things I would like to see in the future.
1. More color temperature options between 4000K and 5000K
I am not a fan of 6500K cool white light. I would really appreciate it if ACEBEAM offered warmer color temperatures as an option right from the release of new models. Not everyone likes 6500K, and I would love to have more options in the 4000K–5000K range from the beginning.
2. A power bank function for all flashlights
In the future, I would also like to see a power bank function available on all ACEBEAM flashlights, if possible.
Other than these two wishes, I am completely satisfied with ACEBEAM and its products.Keep up the good work!
I have purchase more than 10 flashlights from Acebeam. Most of them from Amazon and a few of them directly from Acebeam official website because Amazon did not carry the product. So far I did not have any issues with their light. Shipping from China if direct from Acebeam we site is fast. Some of them do come from their US based warehouse. It is a brand that I would trust.
Acebeam is my personal favorite Flashlight brand out there, for several reasons. The different flashlights just speaks for themselves.. you can check several YouTube reviews aswell. Its more interesting than reading my review 😉.
I live in Denmark and shipping takes roughly 2 weeks to arrive. You are provided with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. VAT & Import taxes are provided by them. Customer service is swift & easy, I have used messenger to communicate directly with staff, but they do have discord aswell. Their flashlights have served me well and are still continueing to do so. Thats my two cents on them ❤️🖤
Excellent Build Quality and Customer Support
I've owned several Acebeam flashlights, including the P20 Mini, T29, E10 Gen 2, and L35 Gen 2, and handful UC3A and I'm now looking forward to adding the M1 Gen 2 Terminator. The build quality is excellent, with top-notch machining and FINISH, these lights feel built like tanks.
Their customer support has also been extremely helpful and responsive whenever I've had questions. The 10-year warranty is another big plus and gives great peace of mind for long-term ownership.
Overall, a great experience with Acebeam so far.
I use flashlights for work and for my staff; I originally started with Olight, but Acebeam has been so helpful with any issues that I have over time migrated all my company torches to Acebeam. As well as having a really good range, their prices are not too bad for what you get. For me, the biggest selling point is repairability; they will send the parts if you ask rather than needing to send the whole thing away.

I have been buying Acebeam Torches for many years after first reading positive reviews on a number of different flashlight enthusiasts websites. I have bought quite a few, some to keep and some to give away. Within reach as I type I have an X80, a K40M and and an L17. I have communication with Acebeam on a few occasions about various aspects of their Torches and they have always been helpful. That are high end, well made and strong . I live in a rural area and get a lot of use out of them, they are a pleasure to own and use.

What made me pick them over other brands is the amazing support I get with customer service and very fast replies,I love the discord group and all the discussions about the upcoming lights and products . This review is for the ACEBEAM Amazon store. I ordered the H16 650 Headlamp on July 14, 2026, with an estimated delivery time of six days. After waiting a week, I received an email from Amazon informing me that the delivery had been delayed and providing a new estimated delivery date. Amazon also issued me a refund because of the delay.
After 11 days, the package finally arrived. However when I opened it, I found that the headlamp itself was missing. The box contained only the headband strap and the USB cable. There is a clear plastic window on top of the package, making it easy to see whether the headlamp is inside the box. For that reason, I was surprised that the package was shipped without the main product. I also noticed that the shipping label was marked "RUSH."
To make matters worse, when I tried to access the product page to leave a review, I received the message, "Sorry, we couldn't find that page."
I also had to return the incomplete package. It arrived in a soft shipping bag, but when I went to the UPS Store, I was told that I couldn't return it in similar packaging and had to purchase a cardboard box for the return. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket just to return an item that was missing its main component.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The long delivery delay, the incomplete package, the additional return expense, the time I had to spend returning the item, and the missing product page have left me with little confidence in this seller.

The claim that this compact, cellphone-sized flashlight can pump out 20,000 lumens using three CREE XHP70.2 LEDs is physically impossible for more than a few fleeting seconds (if it can even hit it at all).
The Math: A single CREE XHP70.2 LED maxes out at around 4,000 to 5,000 lumens under absolute peak, high-drain conditions. With three of them, the absolute theoretical maximum of the LEDs combined is around 12,000 to 15,000 lumens.
The Heat & Size: To actually maintain 20,000 lumens, you need massive heat sinks. A "cellphone-sized" body (134.5mm) simply does not have the surface area to dissipate that much heat. If it actually hits 20,000 lumens on "Turbo" mode, it will step down to a much lower brightness (around 2,000 lumens) within 15 to 30 seconds to keep from melting itself or burning your hand.

You're right that heat management is a major challenge for compact, high-output flashlights. However, there's an important distinction worth clarifying.
The X35's advertised 20,000 lumens refers to its peak Turbo output, not a brightness level designed to be sustained continuously.
Our published specifications also distinguish between Turbo and High mode, with High stepping down from 3,000 to 2,000 and eventually 1,050 lumens.
We welcome technical discussions, but calculating a flashlight's maximum output based solely on estimated LED limits doesn't necessarily tell the full story. Actual measurements under defined testing conditions are a better way to evaluate performance.
We appreciate the interest in the technical side of our products.
UPDATE: Product received! Although shipping and communication were slow, Acebeam proved to be a responsible company. The E75 Teal with Nichia 519A is a masterpiece of engineering. Great build quality and high CRI.
They deliver on their promises, just be patient with the logistics.
My order arrived complete and well shipped. One set of batteries has been packed in a sort of strange manner: Within the proprietary box of the amazing D30 diving lamp.
But anyway: Everything was alright and arrived in time.
They advertised a Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale. As I was checking out the prices changed. I reached out to let them know that there was a problem, they replied that the sale was over, to which I pointed out that it was still early evening on Cyber Monday. They had no reponse.

I have had to warranty 2 different lights from this company. Both times the results were less than satisfactory. The first time the a Pokelite arrived from Amazon but the low mode did not work. It was so low you could only see a faint glow from the led in total darkness if you held the light a few inches from your eyes. While Acebeam did send a new light through Amazon they did send the wrong color which was not the high CRI version I had purchased in the first place.
The second light stopped charging properly after 6 months. I emailed Acebeam and they did return my emails asking me to run all sorts of tests. After about a week they asked if I would be willing to replace the circuitry myself. This was beyond my skill level and I feel they should do the work as its still under warranty. They stopped answering my emails. The WhatsApp phone number was never answered. I tried several times to contact them through the online chat option. They did reply after a 3 to 4 hour wait ( after I had gone to bed) After another week of trying to get through they did agree to replace the light but wanted $15 for cover shipping. I paid it (against my better judgment) thinking it should be covered by Paypal if something goes wrong. Who ever I was talking too did say they would send me a tracking number once the package was sent. I still have not received a tracking number and it has been a week. They did acknowledge the payment had been sent, they thanked me and then followed up with a bunch of emoticons like a a 15 year old girl.

Yesterday I tried contacting Acebeam for an update through the online chat but got no answer.
*UPDATE* It took about a month but I did eventually receive a replacement. They did eventually stand behind their product however the customer service was atrocious. I also do not feel the customer should be forced to pay an additional fee to have them send a new product if it is still under the warranty period.
