Solar system delivered as promised. Installation was fairly straight forward. Getting help was adequate as there were no schematics specific to the package I bought, only generic information available on any number of YouTube Videos. I finally got the specific information I needed by calling the manufacturer: Rich Solar.
I bought a "48V" battery from you that was 51.2V and not compatible with my 48V batteries. You didn't cover it becuase I was out of the country for 6 months and I didn't tell you within the 30 days. I used to be a great steward for your company. I ordered all my solar stuff from Shop solar, there any many options out there now. I'll have to be very desperate to buy from you in the future

However, because the batteries were purchased online and our return window is 30 days, we simply aren't able to process returns or exchanges more than six months after purchase. Our Customer Relations Manager has offered to help provide a discount on another inverter so you can integrate the batteries into your system. We understand it wasn't the exact outcome you were hoping for, but we value the trust you placed in us over the years and wish you all the best with your system.

I’m a newbie and I kept on calling them I think more than 10 times asking questions they were nice. They were polite and they gave me some good advice and I was happy for that so I ended up with the Delta pro 3 ! My experience was the best ! What a great team ! Staff helped guide the selection of equipment to meet my needs. Equipment arrived in good shape. A schematic of the wiring setup would have been helpful. My follow up call with "beginner" questions went very well and helped me with a few basic questions.
