Real deal

Talked with Bruce today for several minutes about the solar project I’m working on. There was hardly any wait time to talk to customer service and he helped out a ton. He was super down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable in suggestions for what I needed. I’ll definitely be sourcing from shop solar again because it’s been a very honest, reliable and transparent experience. Thank you guys!

Nice product

Ordering process went very smooth. Delivery time was excellent. So far everything is working as should be. I have a couple of questions so will see how customer service goes. Owners manual could be more detailed, especially for a newbie like myself. Build quality is top notch, my wife even remarked how well constructed it is.
