Very misleading experience SCAM!
Very misleading experience. I signed up believing I was paying to arrange tutoring lessons, only to discover I was being charged a £39 “Student Pass” fee simply for contacting tutors — even though no lessons were booked or taken. The way this charge was presented during sign-up was not clear at all. Had it been obvious that the fee was non-refundable regardless of whether lessons happened, I would never have proceeded. Customer service repeatedly copied and pasted the same responses instead of genuinely addressing the concern that the payment terms were unclear. They refused any goodwill refund despite no tutoring ever taking place. In my opinion, the sign-up flow is designed in a way that many users could easily misunderstand.
