Customer Care Service team brilliant!
I live in Australia and I’ve have bought many gowns recently from Mac Duggal for my son’s upcoming wedding. Mac Duggal have an excellent returns policy, so if I have a problem with the fit or style of the dress, I can return it in my mission to find the perfect gown. Unfortunately, my last delivery was held up by FedEx/customs in Australia (its never happened before) and after I contacted the Mac Duggal Customer Care team, the problem was solved within hours and FedEx released my dress.
