Horrible service, would never recommend
I ordered 4 sweaters and waited over 6 weeks before I contacted them about not receiving my items. In 3 different forms of contact with them they responded with generic (and clearly online translated format) with remarks such as “ Thank you for your order and we are sincerely sorry to hear that you still don't receive your order until now“ and “I need to contact my local post office to make sure if they’re holding it but if I still can’t find my items they can help me first” (yeah exactly, makes no sense). My final contact with them was mid December when they promised a refund. I just got an email today stating they have issued a refund and it will take additional time to post. This process took over 2 1/2 months. Horrible service, horrible company. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
