Great support !
I have made 2 orders from Yoin's recently. However, I ve accidentally placed an additional order for a particular dress. Live chat with the support team for help & they assisted to cancel & refunded for the extra piece. Within a week, I received the complete order. Really appreciate the 24hrs "live chat" support as the Yoins team provide immediate responses on another occasion in which i asked them on delivery status. The experiences have been great so far for all my purchases with Yoins. Keep up the good work Yoins!
