Buyer beware!!!!
This so-called company is a complete scam. I had a chair that was drop-shipped from China. When I went on the “company’s website” and entered that the item was defective, I received a notification that the item wasn’t returnable. Probably since the item was “on sale” or “clearance”. Interestingly enough, I noticed just about everything on their website is either, “on sale” or “clearance” which means nothing is returnable. What about their “365” return? What does “365” even mean? This is all false advertising in my opinion….what you see is NOT at all what you get.
