Slow shipping but great customer service
Really, really slow shipping. Might not be all on Garmade but their shipping option with PostNL to DK really sucks. At check out it states 7-15 working days, which already is way too slow, but now 19 working days later still no sight of the phone battery ordered. I could have ordered from China directly myself and almost have better luck by now. Update: Follow up from Customer Service was great and experience with Garmade ended on positive note. I'll give them the benefit of doubt concerning the shipping service
