Loan officers were terrific to work with. They were helpful, informative, and had good follow through. Underwriting drove me crazy with all the redundant information they asked us to provide. I think most underwriting departments in all mortgage company's act the same way. It's the process that is uncomfortable not necessarily the underwriters themselves.
