Customer support below standard
Prior to buying the BLtouch kit I specifically asked what kit to buy for my CR10S-pro. They replied that this: BL Touch Auto Bed Leveling Sensor For CR/Ender Series, was the one to buy. When the kit arrived the bracket did not fit. I asked support on their messenger service what to do. Their reply was that I had to print a bracket. I tried to explaine that my proximity sensor was broken and that I could not print. Still they would have me to print the bracket on my non-functional printer and I asked how. They never replied. I left a review on their website on that particular product describing what was wrong with the kit and their lacking support. This review was removed after a short time. Dont believe their inflated positive reviews on their website..
