Sent wrong item - buyer expected to pay return shipping
I ordered replacement parts for my leg press and received most of the correct items, except for one. I was sent a different wave washer that is much larger than OEM size. The packaging also indicates that the part is different from what I ordered. I sent a picture to support showing the packaging and the difference in size of the washers and they expected me to pay the return shipping, even though the screw up is on them. The return shipping costs more than the item itself + there's no guarantee that I will even get the correct washer on a replacement. Thankfully, I only ordered the wave washers to have as a spare.
