Based on my experience, this is a schlock outfit. My take is that their employees are arrogant and low IQ, odd considering they are probably minimum wage clerks. This may be one company where outsourcing or AI would improve customer support.

I strongly advise against using this website, as it appears to be a fraudulent operation. I placed an order several weeks ago, and only recently was I informed that delivery would be delayed by an additional 3-5 weeks, despite my payment being retained. The $600 worth of equipment has not been refunded. I communicated with a representative named "John," who, after I requested a refund, blocked me from further contact. Additionally, the website's phone service is unavailable. I now need to escalate this issue to my credit card company in the hope of recovering my funds.
FitnessRepairParts.com has highly restrictive policies: 1) they charge you 20% of the purchase price, if you return a part, calling it a "restocking fee," 2) if you return an electronic part that has been opened, you are also charged a 30% "inspection/testing" fee, 3) when you return a part you suspect of being defective, they a) require you to pay postage to return their defective part and b) will only ship you a replacement for the defective part, as opposed to simply refunding your money (NO REFUNDS, PERIOD). I purchased a replacement for their defective part from the company that came out to service my treadmill, so I really did not need FitnessRepairParts.com to ship me a replacement. When I explained I no longer needed or wanted their replacement for their defective part, they said I either had to accept it or pay the 20% restocking and 30% testing fees--no flexibility on this whatsoever. Moreover, their customer service is abysmal--impersonal, exceedingly inflexible, and, I'd say, inhumane. Don't try calling them, as no one will answer, and when you leave a message requesting a call-back, it never comes. So, you have to deal with them solely via email. The service technician I ultimately had to have come out to my house when FitnessRepairParts.com's part failed told me the part I received from FitnessRepairParts.com looked very much like it was a re-manufactured part--something they, of course, deny. And, to boot, they charged me $183.48 for a defective Controller Board that the repair tech replaced for $147, replacing it with the very same Controller Board (sourced directly from NordicTrack) that had been installed in the treadmill when I bought it new.
Awful, awful, awful customer service. They never responded to emails. Claimed they sent emails on defective parts investigations (I checked spam, junk, everything every day for a week and received nothing), then treated me poorly when I pointed this out. GEORGE specifically was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this company!
I ordered a controller board for my treadmill and it was the wrong part even though their website said it was for my treadmill. When I received the package, the technician said "this is the wrong part! It doesn't have the correct ports." We did not open the package as it states on the package that IF it is opened you will be charged and inspection fee. The charged me anyway!

I was able to find at your site a replacement control panel for my exercise bike that I could NOT find anywhere else. You offered it at a sale price, I suppose because it is an older, discontinued model. But you had it in stock, in an unopened box and you delivered it to me quickly. It fit perfectly and the bike operates LIKE NEW! I repaired the bike at a discounted price instead of getting a new much more expensive one. THANKS Fitness Repair Parts!!!

Company sends wrong parts and doesn't want to refund. Provided photos of the piece removed and the piece they sent- clearly not the same ones.... and they are asking for measurements, serial numbers of the machine,etc. not possible without spending even more money going back to clients location. They know this and make it difficult. When you provide info they ask for, they keep asking for more until you don't have it so they can say no.
