The cable I needed for an older home gym was easy to find using their search feature. It was in stock, fairly priced, check-out was thorough. Good communication about order and shipping status, prompt shipping. I installed it yesterday and it fit perfectly.

Poor customer service. Shipping to Canada cost me $70 plus dollars. When I needed to return the item the return cost was up to me. I am not returning the item for $70 again . Will not buy from this company again.

I have been ordering from this company for over 10 years. Haven't really had any problems until now. I placed an order for a 129 inch cable and received a 97 inch cable in the package. This was clearly their fault. I jumped through all of the hoops they asked me to jump through and all I could get from them is we have to investigate. Thats fine investigate it but send me the part I paid for additionally while you are investigating I have a cable machine that is down. I am now on day 5 of their investigation. I was assured by a supervisor that I would have resolution by close of business on day 3. The support they offer is absolutely useless, I have placed my last order with this company. I have reordered from another company and will just write this one off

Replacement pedals never came.
I ordered replacement pedals for my Schwinn recumbent bike. I received straps but no pedals. The company was very difficult to work with. I finally gave up. I will never order from them agsin.

FitnessRepairParts.com has been an absolute nightmare. Need a treadmill switch and motor (certified Tech told us). Ordered parts. The tech goes to install the motor, it's no good, warped, it wobbles when it spins. WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING - it's heavy and expensive to ship. FitnessRepairParts.com ships us a second motor. One of the wires is severed and it's scuffed up, like it's used. Tech is now at our house for a third time, shows me how this motor is also no good. He thinks he can get one somewhere else, he does and installs it a few days later. I request a refund from FitnessRepairParts.com on their chat since the order number now won't get accepted in the return tab on their web site. Get the run around, they can't give a refund, they'll have to speak with management. I log a ticket and try to contact them again. Nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM FITNESSREPAIRPARTS.COM

Would not Back Faulty Product
I had to pay a fitness repair business $200 to come to my home to determine no power was coming through the new power cord I ordered from this company. The company online rep would not waive the 15 day return for electronic parts even though within 30 days was the soonest I could get a repair person to look at the part and determine it was defective.

Quality Issue with Cable Assembly
I have bought the same Cable Assembly, 190" (catalog# 24006745) for my Smith Machine from this company on at least three separate occasions. The same problem keeps repeating itself - fraying at the looped end of the cable. These cables should not be fraying so quickly. There seems to be a quality issue with the cable. I've called the company only to learn that my warranty has expired. No Luck!
Very rude customer service
Talked to "George" over chat I Tried to get confirmation that the product I ordered and paid for next day delivery for would go out today. I never got a direct answer but did get a smart ass reply and then the guy hung up on me. I then called and talked to his supervisor who I believe might have actually been George. Claimed he had reviewed the transcript. If not, he sounded just like him and was just as rude, but in the middle of our shouting match he did finally answer my question...right before he hung up on me again.

If you live in Canada, not worth it
If you live in Canada, it’s not worth buying a part. A small $45 part cost me about the same to ship, on top of a $50 duty once it was delivered. I basically paid 3x the price to get the part. That’s ridiculous.
