Fitnessrepairparts provided excellent chat assistance and guided me to the parts I needed. The parts came faster than I expected and they were both correct. I'd absolutely use them again.

To save money, I attempted to replace our treadmill motor. Based on the picture that was displayed on their website I ordered a part that was linked to my treadmill AND looked similar to the old motor. What I received was not the correct motor (this was clear because my old motor did not have a fan and the new one did). After an attempt to return/get money back they said "you don't order something just based on the picture". During this time they are making updates to their website to try and cover their ass. This place is a scam, their customer service rep (Bruce) was shouting and talking over me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

Ordered items off their website, followed their directions they gave to specify which years model, I had to buy more than needed to fulfill their minimum purchace requirements plus a fortune to ship. When part came it was not the same as the old broken one that needs to be replaced. Contacted them and was basically blown off and told they couldn't help me and here's a link to service techs...and no returns on their unopened item. Customer service (George) is lousy and disrespectful..

I received frequent updates on my order and shipping status. The part was in stock and arrived before the proposed ship date.

By the time the product arrived, the price had tripled due to shipping, duties, and agents, The statement on the receipt indicating “shipping and handling” which we understand includes duty. The duty itself was equal in price to the product. This was a terrible mistake and experience. The seller needs to be more clear on the endpoint costs.

Terrible Customer Service!
Ordered a console for my recumbent bike. This unit was defective and did not power up. Returned unit for exchange at my expense as FRP will not pay shipping. Received replacement part and it was functional. However I then determined that I had additional problems beyond replacing the console. Contacted "Customer Service" and requested to return the console for a refund, willing to pay the restocking fee. Company representative would not issue a return authorization due to that being a second request even though the first request was based on a defective unit. They would not budge, no exceptions. Terrible Customer Service borderline rude! It is obvious they do not care to assist. Stay away from this company because if there is a problem, you will not receive any help from them.
Rude & Condescending Customer Service Reps
Very rude customer service. Responds in all capital letters and in a condescending tone. When you ask a question, the very bad representatives will not do the work to find an answer for you and will not give you the tools to find the answer yourself. Instead the rep berates you and cancels your order for arguing when you are not the one speaking in such a negative manner. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
