I bought the Infinity hoop…
I bought the Infinity hoop unfortunately I still haven't had a chance to use it but I saw another charge on my credit card. It was for the social group which I guess I didn't know i was a part of. I quickly emailed them and Rose answered my email! What a pleasure to communicate with her. She explained to me what had happened and I had asked her to cancel my subscription to the social group. I am definitely not a social butterfly. She did just that and since I had emailed right away to my surprise she also refunded the charges. In this day and age with the economy the way it is there should be more people like Rose out there! You have an asset in your company and should feel honored to have her! Thanks Rose 🌹
