Satisfactory Outcome
not impressed. Placed a £400 order on 6th January with a 5-7 delivery. I was told there was a delay and it wouldn't be shipped until 10th. then another delay until 15th, and another 20th!! This morning I was told they will try to dispatch before the Chinese holiday on 25th! I am trying to obtain a refund which apparently takes 15-20 days AFTER they have approved it, they will not answer when I ask how long approval takes. Communication is very intermittent !! Would not use again as I feel this will be a battle to get my £400 refunded. Representative contacted me for further details after posting this review. Further details provided. I will have my faith restored if this is sorted, this is their chance to turn my review around. After several messages from Lin who has been extremely helpful and has tried her best to rectify this situation, I was told that the item would be shipped today. So far the item still hasn't been dispatched and my messages are remaining unread! As it is now 7.15pm in Hong Kong and my item has not been shipped despite being guaranteed today would be the latest shipment date, and the fact that no one is communicating with me. I feel that I have possibly been duped. I was hoping that this was a misunderstanding and honestly believed today was dispatch day. So one final request that someone contacts me asap before I take the matter forward. Just occurred to me that they have said they will try to dispatch before the Chinese New Year yet it clearly states on the website that it is being dispatched from Europe, so there should not be a delay. Obviously something is not right here and I have still not had any contact from the company or from Lin So it appears that no one will respond on any platform. You also cannot leave another review on here, presumably to prevent lower ratings. Update: I have amended this review and improved the rating as the item has arrived ! I have to say I am extremely pleased with the item, it is very good quality and was packed very well. Once it was finally dispatched the service has been very good. It is a real shame that I had such unprofessional service initially and had to spend a lot of time chasing the company. When ordering, the website clearly states delivery in 5-7 days, once you have paid you receive notification that the item will take weeks to be delivered which is what leads to dissatisfied customers. If it hadn't been for the initial issues, lack of communication and transparency at the start I would have quite happily given a 5 star review.
