The battery gave out. They told me I needed a new charger. I bought the charger they told me I needed and it doesn't work either. Now they won't take it back or refund me for either the charger, battery, or vacuum. Horrible customer service that does not stand behind their products. Also it took two months to get to this point.
If zero stars were available… I bought something based on their stated shipping time. They then sent me an email in which the shipping time was changed and extended, so I cancelled. The product showed up drop shipped from a company in the states, but now they refuse to refund unless I ship is to them in China at my own expense. 2 months later. No refund. No customer service. No nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
