Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently mention that these cordless vacuums are lightweight, very powerful, and extremely easy to handle across different types of flooring in their homes. Many people also appreciate the long battery life, quick charging capabilities, and the helpful extra accessories included with these modern cleaning machines. Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, noting that getting a timely response to support emails or return requests can be very difficult. Others also experienced unexpected hardware failures, poor suction power, or frustrating issues with battery performance shortly after their initial purchase.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Absolutely love the performance , cleans floors very well even with 3 dogs and lots of fur from them. Keeps the floor fresh and maintained. I also like the clean and dry mode to keep the whole unit clean after I have finished ensuring it’s ready to go for the next clean.
This appliance is very light and durable ,we had a slight problem with a split hose in the head attachment and we have been in touch with the customer support and they are going to replace, so very happy with the prompt service The product itself is very light and easy to use especially when you have to carry up and down stairs, so when you are a little older I definitely think this is the perfect product
What I like most about the vacuum is the enclosed light. It does a real good job being able to see the pet hair and cat litter that goes undetected without the light.
I’ve always had sharks hoovers but after reading the reviews I decided to give this a try. It’s excellent. Used daily in a house with 2 dogs and it’s been excellent!
Had the vacuum approx 8 weeks , it does everything as it should , easy to use , battery last long enough to do all the house , easy to charge on the stand , very well priced , very pleased
They were good to their word. They are sending me the correct roller even though I ordered the wrong one. Great ethics! They were so kind in doing this that I ordered a newer version stick vacuum. Thank you Honiture!
The company emailed me and said that the x7 model was out of stock, it would have been a couple of weeks at least, the company went out of it way to help and offered me the P7 PRO within 12hrs. This was above and beyond absolutely fabulous service. As said the Pro 7 came the next day. The hoover itself is easy to use nice and light, powerful, different speeds and looks good as well. Customer service department in contact all the time. Thankyou Ian Stanworth.
Very good customer service and item’s dispatched and delivered promptly.
Hoover needed a replacement part and customer service dealt with the issue promptly.
Absolutely fantastic love it, it’s amazing picks up as well all the vac I’ve had this is the best one love it.
This machine is amazing! Thank you. Now, can you make one that climbs stairs? LOL.. Thank you
Had my cordless vacuum for over a month now and it’s perfect, suction is the best I’ve had with a cordless vacuum and the battery life on full power is more than enough to do the whole house. It comes with a few handy attachments for when doing the car or stairs and it’s lightweight and easy to setup which makes it 5/5 in my opinion and the price is excellent for its performance.
This hoover is amazing, it does what it says on the video. I bought it for my son and he loves it. Brilliant appliance at a brilliant price.
High-quality equipment Customer service is fast and helpful
Very pleased with this vacuum cleaner I rate it’s over the Dyson good value for money excellent suction power and good battery life
Replacement for my Vax cordless and so far has proved much more efficient. It picks up considerably more than my vax did. It is easy to clean all types of flooring as adjusts itself. Bin emptying and the whole machine much better. Also comes with loads of different accessories, especially like the extra pet tools. Comes with two scented tablets, although expensive to purchase when needs renewal. Also has extra filter provided. One item broken during transit but it’s being replaced. Customer service so far been excellent. I bought in their sale, it’s worth every penny and more.
Pleasantly surprised at how robust this is for a stick cleaner. I used the facility to let it stand up by itself whilst I moved a few things. Then I knocked it over! I thought it would be broken but to my delight it was still intact and worked as before. All in all, a very powerful vacuum cleaner and a good investment.
