The battery gave out. They told me I needed a new charger. I bought the charger they told me I needed and it doesn't work either. Now they won't take it back or refund me for either the charger, battery, or vacuum. Horrible customer service that does not stand behind their products. Also it took two months to get to this point.

This vacuum unit has some great features as compared to my Dyson. One feature that I like is the telescoping swivel head. The headlight shows where dirt and debris are and makes cleanup a breeze. The unit also has a variable suction speed to control for what surface you use it on. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. A great buy!
This is a very nice sweeper. I have a Dyson already and this sweeper is just as good if not better and the price is so much better! I love how quiet it is too.

After using for about a month I got an error on the display and the felt trim came off the bottom of the cleaning head. Contacted support with a picture and they sare sending me a new replacement head and diagnosed my error code and told me me what to fix. Fantastic service! Very satisfied with their customer service!!!
Delivery was very quick and the hover was easy to assemble. It is excellent on both hard and soft floors. The suction is great and nt boys love using it.
