AVOID DON’T FALL FOR THE SHINY ADS
I wish I could give 0 ratings. I should have paid attention to all the negative red flags and avoided. Don’t buy into the shiny ads you see everywhere on social media. the product is the worst thing you would spend money on. The battery doesn’t hold for more than10 minutes even after charging for at least 4-5 hours. I paid extra for insurance yet they will not even consider sorting the issue out. The vacuum doesn’t pick anything at all and spits everything right back out. It takes longer to do a little space and eventually I give up and use a brush for my sanity. Everything they mentioned the vacuum will doesn’t work . Customer services is nonexistent. They will try and push you to keep the faulty products just because they can’t be bothered with you and wanted me to accept £40 to keep it. They blocked my mail address; I changed for another and they ignored my request. Their excuse was that my email might have gone into spam. You’ve replied that I should reach out for more investigation- what investigation? Your team that has ignored every email I’ve sent and will not care if I reached out again. As I mentioned in the email. I will make sure I get my refund come what may. I’ve already written to consumer rights UK to look into your company. I will not be pushed around for 4 months over some faulty goods I cannot return.

i am very satisfied with my new purchase of honiture cordless vacuum cleaner. its lightweight, easy to use, light is huge cleaning support. very convenient. it really cleans my new home. owners friendly. i have allergy asthma and i don't have issue while using the vacuum cleaner. btw, the looks really regal. thank you

Just received the X7 stick vacuum after always having Dysons. It picked the bits up but the battery runs down very fast on top speed, you really need two batteries if you intend to clean the whole house. Alright to grab to do , quick job but if you want to be very thorough definitely buy two batteries

Customer service doesn’t exist
I submitted a problem on their FAQ page and my husband emailed them directly. Has been several weeks and no response from this company. I have an expensive vacuum that I need support to troubleshoot and this company is a ghost. Disappointing product and lack of customer support.

I absolutely love my Honiture P7 Pro! From the jump I have been impressed with my vacuum, plus the extras (fragrance tablets, etc.) I have had occasion to work with customer service. They were very prompt and demonstrated a sense of urgency. The communication was top notch. I highly recommend Honiture. I will definitely buy again in the future.

I ordered a replacement batery for my honiture product. While orderyng and paying for the product the delivery time indicated was 5 days. It's been more than one month.The incomplete tracking information provided indicates that the item has not yet left the country of origin. I requested a refund, but it was denied. At this point, it feels like theft. Occasionally, they respond to my follow-ups by providing the same tracking number, which returns a "tracking not found" result.

I have three Honiture products now and…
I have three Honiture products now and I'm very happy with all of them. I have two versions of their vacuums and one wet/dry combo. I had one issue that needed customer support and within hours they were sending me a replacement. It was extremely fast and efficient. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
