PUNKCASE ARE SCAMMERS
I placed my Punkcase order in November 2025, and got a email notification on the 19/11/25 saying it was despatched with a tracking number, which I continually checked for over two weeks, the order never left the distribution depot. I contacted Punkcase they said it’s obviously been lost and initially offered a refund or to dispatch another case, I replied that if they could guarantee a 48hr delivery I’d accept another case as I needed a phone case. No reply for two days so I emailed requesting a refund, this is where I started to realise they are scammers. Despite numerous requests for a refund there response is always the same “it’s a great product on back order which will take 2-3 weeks to arrive”. Punkcase it’s NOT A GREAT PRODUCT, I didn’t receive the phone case I ordered and now I DONT WANT IT, I WANT MY REFUND. The date of this review is 06/12/25. So in my opinion Punkcase are scammers, they will take your money, won’t honour their contract with you by supplying the product and then won’t refund your money. I’m now contacting the New York Attorney Generals office as they deal with scammers and fraudulent companies. AVOID, AVOID PUNKCASE.
