Avoid at all cost. You may or may not recieve product. You will not get a refund if they dont ship your product.

Took 4 months to receive my phone case…

Took 4 months to receive my phone case from the day i ordered it. When it arrived I checked the box to find it was the wrong colour from what i have chose on the online order. They have ignored every single email I have sent them. Do not waste your money and time with punkcase as they're useless.

Ordered 2 months ago. Was given a postage date and then 2 weeks after this date i reached out asking when it would arrive. They then told me they didnt have the item in stock and it would be in stock mid july. Mid july came and no contact made so i reached out again and they said its still not in stock. They gave me no estimate for when it would be so I asked, and now they are not answering. Have bought from them two years ago and everything was great, when i got a new phone i wanted another case from them which is why i ordered again. They used to be a fantastic company but have clearly gone down hill with all of the other similar reviews. Would not buy again.

Received wrong size and color

Received the wrong size case in the wrong color. Never got a response from customer service.

No Item, No Refund, Just Excuses

Avoid this company. I placed my order on 26 June, and after weeks of waiting I discovered my order had never even been shipped because the item was out of stock. Instead of issuing a refund, they repeatedly asked me to wait another 2–3 weeks and only offered discounts to keep the order open. Very poor customer service and unacceptable communication. I would not recommend buying from them.

They're a scam

I ordered a case for my phone back on April 26, 2026, it's now July 19, 2026 and the status for my phone is still not shipped. They don’t respond to emails or have any customer support. I ordered a different case on Amazon and it arrived the next day.

I wish I had looked here before buying

I wish I had looked here before buying. My experience has been just like many others who have left 1* reviews. Bought their power bank case for my phone in June 2026 using Shop pay, and the next day was given a DHL tracking number, and there it stops. The link does indeed go to the DHL website but it says the tracking number is not recognised. No joy contacting Punk Case UK, which incidentally is not based in UK, and no joy getting a response yet from Shop pay either. So they have my £37 and I have no product. DO NOT BUY FROM PUNK CASE, they are punks.

I ordered a cell phone case on May 9, 2026 and my card was charged. The item was never shipped or sent to me. I have contacted customer service 4 times requesting a refund, and they have completely ignored my requests. I want a full refund immediately

Feel like I've been scammed

Could barely have been worse. Waited over a month for delivery. Received a basic cheap case and not the premium item I paid for. Was told the item I had already paid for "is only available for preorder" but "we can offer 20% off your order". They want to scam me a second time!! Five months down the line and they now just ignore any messages from me. A truly awful company to deal with.

I ordered the case on Sunday

I ordered the case on Sunday. Today is Friday and no updates on the case. Only that the mailing label was created on Monday. It's coming from New York according to case but Label states New Jersey. I am in Maryland and it's taken past a week to delivered or even showing that's in route. Next time I will go with ordering from Amazon.

Purchase absurdities

Update, fix, improve your store/customer on line interface. When the website says something is optional, mean it, don't demand, when a customer chooses to not fill it in, that it be filled in! I searched for "Galaxy S20 5g on your menu-not there! Get rid of the sideways scrolling of showcased phone cases that is impossible to use! Make a better checkout payment process. Everything was PayPal--I don't have, or want, Paypal.I still don't know how my hour long effort to pay at checkout went through. It repeatedly kept sending me to open a Google account and other misdirection. Just set up a simple credit card payment method that doesn't have to go through PayPal! Never in my online life have I been so frustrated trying to make a simple online purchase.

Case never arrived or was never shipped. No response

No phone case and no contact!

No phone case and no contact, but happy to take the money! I love the product, but this would have been my 4th case, if it had actually arrived. It didn't. The company don't reply to emails, luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to get my money back, others aren't so lucky. My advise, shop elsewhere!

Ordered a cover in march. Claimed shipped but never delivered. Have been waiting over 12 weeks for a replacement to ship due to ‘supply shortages’ but still selling it on website with no warnings. Love the product but avoid
