I ordered a case back on the 18th April, and yet to date have seen absolutely nothing. I have been assured atleast 3 times within that space of time, the product is out of stock and would be in stock within 2 to 3 weeks and thats never happened, I have been told id receive a refund and haven't seen a dollar back from this company. Highly dissapointed because past experiences were not similar to this at all! I have received atleast 3 cases from this company and have never had this issue nor any dissapointment. So this is very very frustrating for me. I will be hounding them until I get my refund, and will not be buying from them again.
Case is garbage, not fit for purpose! Won’t issue a full refund and it wasn’t even the right case! Don’t waste your time or money! Otterbox/ Lifeproof do better cases!

I contacted the store to ask where my phone case was. I was informed that the item was currently out of stock, and they offered me a 20% discount for waiting. I refused to wait any longer and requested a full refund.

I’m only giving them 1 star because there is no zero star option. The first time I purchased a case from them, there were extensive delays only for the completely wrong product to arrive months later. This time I ordered, I made sure to check carefully that the item said in stock. I purchased it and two days later I received a message that the product had been shipped. Weeks and weeks went by so I chased it up. I was shocked to be told that not only had my item not been shipped, but that it was out of stock. I replied that this was misleading they were advertising it as available and sent me an update the product was on its way. I have never heard from them again. I sent another email asking for accountability and an accurate update. Nothing! There is no bar lower than this. I want you all to know that they cannot be trusted, they are dishonest and I’ve lost my money and no communication.
These guys are thieves. Good at taking your money but terrible at delivery. Red flag is every review on their website is a 5 star. I will never do business with them again. If they were on fire, I wouldn't cross the street to piss on them. I have left more than one bad review on their site. Never gets posted as a review because they are crooks.

I finally ordered again to try and get the right product and they responded right away, thanking me for my repeat business. I kept asking for RMA information for my 1st order and delivery information for my 2nd order...

Ordered my punkcase back in March 2026 via shop pay, to date I've not received the goods despite the money being taken at the point of sale. Repeated requests for information from both punkcase & Shop pay have not gained any feedback from either of them. Not interested from either the supplier or the purchase medium, no refund, no information ZILCH reply !

Terrible company to deal with, I ordered a case for around £20 the case arrived but it doesn't fit my phone and is nothing like i ordered. You would think that this would be easy to resolve but no, I've emailed and tried to phone ive contacted on Facebook, Instagram and any method of contact available but not 1 single response. I didn't read the reviews before ordering but really wish I had now. If you want a phone case buy elsewhere or you will thoroughly regret it.
Purchase November 2025. Order was dispatched, never received. Tracking info disappeared. Multiple messages to Punk Case over several platforms, no resolution. Until June 2026 when I have finally had a response and been told refund has been issued. Not holding my breath though. Dodgy as hell.

Ordered a case . After 6 months was still waiting . Sent about 30 emails requesting a refund as CLEARLY they did not have that case. Each time only to receive the same standard automated reply! DREADFUL company and don't be fooled by the co.uk Web address. They are NOT UK based.
