I placed my 1st order almost 2 months ago and 2 weeks go by, so I messaged and asked whats going on? They said they're on back order it'll be a few and offered me 20% back. Then they told me they have other phone cases in-stock and try to find a different one. So thats where my 2nd order comes in! It's almost been a month for that order. I messaged they people and they said the exact samething as the 1st order. They're on back order and they'll give me 20% back! So far I've asked 4 times to refund me for my orders and they sending me the same message about them being on back order and they'll give me 20% off! I still haven't received any money back for any of my purchases. These people are a JOKE AND THIEVES!
Very dissapointed. I order 4 x various cases on 29 apr, pay for express delivery which states delivery time. I patiently wait give extra time no delivery i track the shippment on the tracking number issued, and only see pick up and 1 drop off once and no further movement nothing. I then contact the supplier puckcase asking were is my order as i received an email stating my order is shipped with a tracking number from dhl more time goes by and no movement on my order. So i reach out to punckase. To then be told that the one item i orders is out of stock. Yet no one informed me of this prior. Why allow me to order an item no longer in stock and deduct the money from.my credit.card or allow the order to go through.. i get a response after i complain and get told 2 to 3 weeks for the stock. And i can get 20% off the item . However you alredy took my money. Why can you not just ship the rest of my order 3 x cases and refund me for the 1 item that is not in stock? And then i receive the same response to that email again after 5 days that it going to take 2 to 3 weeks for the item that is not in stock. I specifically paid for express mail so i can get my order within the time stated on the website for online orders. . Yet it is a mesrepresentation. Yes i live in amother country i have purchased several cases from you in the past. And back then i did not pay for the express delivery however it taking the same amount of time or even longer to receive my order. Why is it that i did not get an email from you stating you had no stock yet tell me my order is dispatched? A nd issue me with a shippment number? II have worked in customer service for many years. another option if the refund is not an option. Then why not ship what you have in stock 3 x cases now and when you get further stock on the one item then ship that one item out on regular mail? Alternatively ask if i do not want a different case to the same value that is in stock. Their are options. As said i cannot wait another 2 or 3 weeks.please.
Used to buy their cases with no problem. Im assuming new ownership as ive had similar experiences as other reviewers in the last year or so. Never recieved my order, emails are rare and constantly go in a loop of them offering a discount on a new order or to send something that doesnt even match my device. The word 'refund' is like a 'distract and avoid at all costs' subject it seems. 100% a previously legit business, now a scam. Do not purchase from here!
Ordered 2 cases to see what I liked more. Both were the wrong model, color and specs. I emailed them multiple times to send correct case and got little to no action taken. Then I was charged for both after I returned them. Awful company!! Absolutely horrible!! Choose a better place for cases, Puckcase sucks
Ordered early November, still haven't received. First I received conflicting information about what was going on and now I just can't even get a hold of anyone and they won't message me back and they just like don't care that they haven't sent me anything a refund of my money.

Pure garbage. I ordered a case, then after it said the case had shipped, there was no movement for two or three days and still had the point of origin as where the item was. It was never shipped. After I disputed it with my bank, they tried to say the item was out of stock. If the item was out of stock, then how was it shipped??? I ended up getting a cheaper case on Amazon and it arrived within a couple days. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! DONT GET PUNKED!!!

Ordered phone case 3 months ago - never arrived. I was offered 20% discount if I keep the order. It puzzled me ...because I received nothing so I guess...I keep nothing.
I requested a full refund multiple times and they have not processed it. As they have failed to deliver the product or issue a refund, I am now escalating the matter through the Small Claims Court.
I received a case that was not for the model that I ordered. I attempted to get a refund since they sent the wrong case and they wanted me to pay return shipping that was more than the case was worth. After the initial contact, they stopped responding. I had to do a charge back with my credit card company.
I ordered a case on January 23rd and her it is April and I still have not recieved it and nothing but crickets when you try to contact them. This site is a scam and the site shopify who actually takes your money is no better
PunkCase took my money and didn't send me the product I ordered. It has been months now of fighting with them. They won't refund my money or send me the phone case. 100 emails asking for either the case or my money. They have an excuse every time I contact them. Buyer beware of this business!! Worst and most dishonest company I've ever done business with.
This case is truly a work of art with its levels of protection for my phone. The only drawback is its hard to hear when talking on the phone through the case. I use ear buds and headphones to be heard clearly. I have an Galaxy S26 Ultra
Ordered and i received nothing. Was emailed back saying the product is great and they could give me some percent off if i kept the order. They haven't send any of my orders. I used to love this small business but seeing how they choose when to send your orders and when not to...it is a total SCAMM!
Aside from that...left a review on their page and they only accept and post positive reviews...that says it ALL.
