Please do not buy from this company. I thought they are based in the UK but the phone case is sent from USA. I have a DHL tracking but it hasn’t moved to from USA.

Do not order from this company. You place an order and they take your money same day and then never send or answer calls or emails.
I never received my order. And they do not answer calls or emails. But they are very quick to take your money! How they can improve? By fulfilling the orders they are so happy to take.

Scammed by punkcase
Paid for a solar powerbank 28th December 2025. Was sent a dhl delivery reference, stating they were waiting for it. I went onto dhl and entered the reference two weeks later, it was cancelled as they never recieved the item. I contacted punkcase and was informed out of stock , it will be sent in two weeks. So 2nd week in January. It is now mid February no item no correspondence just ignore emails opened a case with visa. Another automated reply from punkcase, note they are still selling this item. punkcase, 16 Feb 21:29 The item that you ordered is a great product but at the moment it is only available for preorder. The item will be restocking within 2-3 weeks. We will ship it out to you right away and you will also receive a tracking number. Our sincere apology again for this. The product is great, if you wish to keep the order we can offer 20% off your order for the inconveniences.
Absolute SCAM. Avoid!! Never got my order
Never got my order. They said “punkcase, 11 Feb 19:27 At this point we will assume that the package is lost in transit as per the tracking number provided. We can either reship or issue a refund?” Asked for a refund but they never got back to me. My bank is involved now so hopefully I’ll get my money back…
Really terrible customer service
Really terrible customer service. I chased up my order after ten days and no progress, no reply or response to emails, and I have requested a refund but still no response. Do NOT use this company, especially in the UK as their UK website fails to advise that products will be shipped from the US leading to massive delays.

Ordered a case 11 Nov 2025 . Tracking number error. I contacted seller . They are out of stock. Why im gods name didnt you update your site and state "out of stock" . Over the next 3 months I tried to contact seller numerous times . Nothing . Had to get PayPal to get my refund

Received a black case instead of a green one. IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person to talk to & vm is always full. Emailed them 5 x’s & not a single response. Piss Poor customer service & will NEVER order another thing from PUNKCASE they are PUNKS ! Turning in as FRAUD to my bank & getting my money back. You want your wrong case come & get it. beyond pissed !

Terrible customer service that is always a robo message. Calls go unanswered with no call back. I placed an order on 12/1/2025 and here it is the middle of Feburary and still no case and ne response. Great product that I have bought from several times but never again. It's a shame to see this happen with a great company.
Taken for a Ride
Purchased phonecase Nov. 12,2025. Money was extracted from my bank same day.It never arrived. They stated it was lost in shipping only shipping company never received item, therefore it was never shipped. Cannot contact Punkcase. AI doesn't work properly, nobody answers phone and mailbox is always full. Contacted BBB and still did not get response from this company. They flat out stole 41.98 from me.

I placed the order 10 days ago. It is shipping from Brooklyn NY to PA. No way to track the order since they chose DHL to make the delivery. May have been 5 stars, but right now it's 1 star. I would be willing to re rate if/when the package ever shows up UPDATE!!! I tried to email, no response. I tried to call 3 times. Right to voicemail and then a message saying mailbox is full. Goodbye! Then went to PayPal and filed a dispute. Described my fruitless attempts of resolution and uploaded copies of the order confirmation email. The "tracking info" which showed the order I placed on 2/1/26 still was not delivered to DHL. Screenshots of all 3 attempts to call from call log. Screenshot of the email I sent warning them to respond with an update in next 12 hours or I will file a dispute with either my Visa or PayPal. Whichever I need to do to not be victim of this scam. I received a refund from Pay Pal within 60 seconds of submitting the dispute. Score one for the good guys! Thanks Pay Pal! Don't let yourself be "punkcase"d. Fight back and make them refund your money! Never had to submit a dispute thru Pay Pal, but it was impressive and makes me want to use it as a protection shield for other shady operators... like PUNKCASE. May your thieving Punkcase buttocks be licked by the eternal fires like a pig roasting on a spit! Karma will catch up to you, you rotten soul-less bastards! 🤬😡🤬

They failed to send me my case. I'm out 80$. They send me some automated response one time and I never get a replay after the first email.

I never received the case I ordered. They took the payment but either did not ship the product or refuse to track the delivery. I've tried to contact them through a web form, direct email and phone call. No response at all. I will not be ordering from them again.
