I ordered 2 cases from this website they scammed me out of 1 case, never returned my money, sent me 1 case of the wrong color and said they would refund or resend the correct color. Its been 8 months I have gotten nothing no case no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Only one star as can’t go lower! Purchased a case from Punkcase on 29 November2025 but nothing has ever arrived. No response from Punkcase despite numerous emails. This would have been the fourth case I have ordered but never again.

I really hate to do this because I've bought their cases before and Love them. But I ordered on Jan 1st and still haven't recieved my order. Its now Jan 19th and the tracking still says waiting to be picked up. I have tried to email them twice with no response. Very dissatisfied.
Worst service ever
Ordered 2 cases, both are the wrong case and color. Completely different then what I ordered. Disputed the charge because they now want me to pay for return shipping for 2 screwed up orders. What a joke!!! Do not waste your time here, cases are ok but the service for there mistakes is useless. You'd be better getting a case anywhere else but here.

I ordered case 10.2025 got case it wouldn't work for what I needed. So I asked for rma expecting no hassle returns as website claims .. took them almost 12 days back n forth in emails . The received it Nov 2025 sent email asking about it then they start saying the case isn't in stock I could accept 20%off to keep the case.wth I sent the case back sent proof of delivery in attached PDF as well as order number and even options for a case I could use if that would just send replacement to me and since then now it's 3 months into the crap emails and still no credit refund store credit or case I wished I seen complaints before. I assumed since other sites like walmart and amazon ebay and others that they were legit ..bottom line they are not in this country as they don't even seem to read the emails and definitely don't open attached pictures or PDF files showing then the truth about the issue but nope I have issues talking so I email and nothing ever don't buy it's waste of money

Ordered a phone case on 1/1/26 with express delivery. No product or response from vendor to either my emails or messages.Sent an email to cancel order but no refund was received. Notified my Bank too. Don't order directly from this company. I ordered the same case for much cheaper on Amazon and got it next day.

punkcase is a FRAUD! I ordered a blue case, and the order confirmation says I ordered a black case. Anyway, it was never shipped. I paid for it, and the punks have my money. DHL has been waiting for it after the punks printed a label, but never sent the package over to DHL to ship to me. Absolute FRAUDS!

Terrible all round! Ordered a case back in November, chased it up after receiving an email to review my case! Tried their contact form on their site and direct email several times, got a response in the end saying my case was now out of stock, was offered a refund - which I'm still waiting for and gave chased and it's January! Like many on here have said - AVOID PLEASE!

AVOID! I've been waiting since early December for a phone case and power bank, I've contacted them twice with no reply. I've received an evidently fake DHL tracking number that sends you round in circles and a UK company is apparently shipping from the USA. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.

Worst online shopping experience I’ve had. We ordered a phone case almost a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. We were told there was a delay due to a storm, but after that there was zero follow-up or resolution. The customer service phone number is not a working number, and emails only trigger automated responses with no actual help. There is no way to reach a real person. At this point, we had no choice but to file a dispute with our bank to get our money back. This company should not be taking orders if they can’t ship products or support customers. I strongly recommend buying from a more reputable brand. I hope people check the reviews before ever buying from them!!
