Don’t buy from Punkcase!!!
Worst online shopping experience I’ve had. We ordered a phone case almost a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. We were told there was a delay due to a storm, but after that there was zero follow-up or resolution. The customer service phone number is not a working number, and emails only trigger automated responses with no actual help. There is no way to reach a real person. At this point, we had no choice but to file a dispute with our bank to get our money back. This company should not be taking orders if they can’t ship products or support customers. I strongly recommend buying from a more reputable brand. I hope people check the reviews before ever buying from them!!
