Scammed by punkcase
Paid for a solar powerbank 28th December 2025. Was sent a dhl delivery reference, stating they were waiting for it. I went onto dhl and entered the reference two weeks later, it was cancelled as they never recieved the item. I contacted punkcase and was informed out of stock , it will be sent in two weeks. So 2nd week in January. It is now mid February no item no correspondence just ignore emails opened a case with visa. Another automated reply from punkcase, note they are still selling this item. punkcase, 16 Feb 21:29 The item that you ordered is a great product but at the moment it is only available for preorder. The item will be restocking within 2-3 weeks. We will ship it out to you right away and you will also receive a tracking number. Our sincere apology again for this.
