Ordered phone case 3 months ago - never arrived. I was offered 20% discount if I keep the order. It puzzled me ...because I received nothing so I guess...I keep nothing. I requested a full refund multiple times and they have not processed it. As they have failed to deliver the product or issue a refund, I am now escalating the matter through the Small Claims Court.
