Purchase absurdities
Update, fix, improve your store/customer on line interface. When the website says something is optional, mean it, don't demand, when a customer chooses to not fill it in, that it be filled in! I searched for "Galaxy S20 5g on your menu-not there! Get rid of the sideways scrolling of showcased phone cases that is impossible to use! Make a better checkout payment process. Everything was PayPal--I don't have, or want, Paypal.I still don't know how my hour long effort to pay at checkout went through. It repeatedly kept sending me to open a Google account and other misdirection. Just set up a simple credit card payment method that doesn't have to go through PayPal! Never in my online life have I been so frustrated trying to make a simple online purchase.
