I received a gift card for the Road Runner Sports in Laguna Hills. I attempted to purchase a pair of Hoka shoes. They had neither the size nor color of the shoes I wanted. Initially, the employee told me that Hoka does not make the size and color I wanted. I ran a search on Hoka's website and found exactly what I wanted. I asked Alisha Mindon ,the store manager, to order the shoes I needed from Hoka and would pick them up from their store. She said I needed to take the shoes they had in stock or pick out something else to purchase. I explained to her that I only wanted the shoes that would fit me. I then asked her to return the money onto the CC that was used to purchase the gift certificate. She refused and said the owner, Andy Mindon, also would not return the money on to the CC even though they do not carry full product lines, and specifically the shoe I wanted. I bought direct from Hoka, saved money and shipping was free.
