Order of four pendant lights to Germany. Excellent quality!
We ordered four lights from Vaxlamp. All four pendants are absolutely beautiful and high quality. They are a beautiful addition to the rooms and illuminate the rooms in a beautiful way. We have received many compliments for the lamps already. The delivery to Germany was relatively quick and Vaxlamp provided tracking links for each delivery. The packages were very securely packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we had some troubles with customs and fees (that were charged for the delivery to Germany) but the VAXLAMP customer support was extraordinarily friendly and supportive throughout the entire procces. One of the best customer services I have experienced in recent time and they were really helpful and quick to resolve the matter. I would definitely purchase from their website again. Thank you for the good support!
